Pehler & Associates, LLC was established in 2012 to provide brokerage services to the right-of-way and oil and gas industries. Our four principles have a combined 90+ years of experience in Right-of-Way and Oil and Gas Leasing. 

Often, more than one area of expertise is required. With our firm, there’s no need to hire multiple brokers. We can represent you in all phases of land work.

 
We serve a wide range of clientele, and every client relationship is valued greatly and treated with dignity and respect. Due to the confidential nature of this business we will not list our clients here publicly.  However, upon request we will provide this information to prospective new clients.
